I have been wanting to get elite for some time now and I intend to get it very soon (my birthday is just about here), but I noticed that you cant use the perks from other ranks. I noticed that the pro kit's rank has a nightraider, my favorite gun, and I was wondering why people need to pass that up. Why cant each rank get the kit from the previous ranks? Its just crazy! It is a serious drawback.
