You can use steamid.io as well. I -think- you have to log in to use it? If not, you can connect through steam and it'll give you all that info regardless. I'm on mobile, but there's a "sign in with steam" button and after you do, if you click on your profile it'll give you your number.
Ratings are from what people give you on your posts. All those little images below someone's comment are the ratings you can choose to give someone. Trophies are from doing things on the forums, from making your first post to getting a rating, etc.
